I admit, I am computer dumb. I’ve had my computer repaired so my times. I feel like I have used nearly every repair shop in the Tempe and Chandler area. And honestly, nobody has ever come close to Justin’s level, IMO. From the start, he was friendly on the phone and easy to book a service with, he was available right at our scheduled time. His computer shop is the cleanest, most well-kept I have ever seen. I know a clean shop doesn’t make it a good one. But when you have a professional office, not a dirty unorganized shop, you are on time, friendly, and know what you are doing…. people like me notice and will be back again. Thank you so much for providing such an excellent service all around.
